Apartment Living Guide
Each apartment should have received a copy of the Apartment Living Guide when the unit keys were issued. The Apartment Living Guide contains valuable information about the apartment as well as JSM's leasing policy and calendar. Please read both the information that is specific to your building and the information applicable to all JSM residents (General Information, Maintenance Fees, Rules and Regulations, and Leasing Calendar).
